ALL Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE However they ARE credited towards to total purchase of your puppy.
Unless there is a life threatening health condition discovered at your puppy's wellness exam ( Such as a heart murmur/ Liver Shunt/ Other Congenital Condition) before going to their new home, Your deposit will not be returned to you.
It is breeder's discretion to transfer your deposit to another available puppy if you decide you no longer want the one you picked.
Buyer's remorse, or any other unforeseeable incidences are not covered.
The balance is due in FULL upon pick up or 5 DAYS before shipping out. The date will be set in your purchase agreement. If you would like to request an extension, please contact me immediately and I will decide it I can work with you on the new date.
Otherwise your DEPOSIT will be FORFEIT if you do not pay the balance upon the agreed upon date.
